Our Junior Division is for boys and girls 13-14 years old, using a conventional 90-foot diamond with a pitching distance of 60 feet, 6 inches. Players are introduced to leading off, pitching from the stretch, and other rules that make this level the earliest opportunity to play by professional baseball rules.
Junior is offered during both the Spring and Summer season. The Junior Spring and Summer seasons are typically interlocked with other Ottawa-based leagues. This results in games at a variety of locations within Ottawa.
For age criteria, please refer to the Spring Baseball page. Players must have played in the Spring Junior season to be eligible for the Summer.
